AMENITIES

Enjoy our swimming pool, whirlpool, eucalyptus infused steam room, and dry sauna. Comfortable Adirondack chairs await you on the outdoor deck overlooking the vineyards. We offer you a robe, sandals, and a private locker, and safety deposit boxes are available to store your valuables. Our boutique offers specialty items including clothing, gifts, and our signature spa products.

ELIGIBILITY

Guests of The Carneros Inn are welcome to use the fitness facility and pool during regular hours of operation. Only guests receiving a spa treatment are permitted access to the spa on the day of their scheduled service. Spa guests must be at least 16 years of age.

CHECK IN

Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your first appointment. Arriving early will allow you time to explore and enjoy the amenities available to you.

AILMENTS

Please alert us if you have a medical condition or are presently under a physician’s care. Conditions such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, and heart ailments are of special interest to our spa professionals. We will customize our services to fit your needs whenever possible.

RESERVATIONS

Due to limited availability, we highly recommend that you schedule your treatments in advance of your visit to The Carneros Inn. Please call 707.299.4850 to schedule a treatment.

CANCELLATIONS

No changes are permitted within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment time, and cancellations within that window will result in a full charge for the treatment(s) scheduled. If you are late for your appointment, you can still receive the remainder of your treatment, but we cannot go over your allotted time in consideration of our other guests. We do not make exceptions for delayed travel or traffic, and for that reason we recommend against booking spa appointments on the day of your arrival.

GRATUITIES

For regular spa services, gratuities are not included and may be added at your discretion. However, a 20% gratuity will be included in all overnight packages and will be added to all Day Spa services.

DECORUM

For your safety, we recommend that you refrain from drinking alcohol immediately before receiving a spa treatment. In consideration of other spa guests and to preserve an atmosphere of serenity, we ask that you leave your cell phone behind, and refrain from smoking or drinking alcoholic beverages when in the spa or on the wellness deck.
