THE HUICHICA CREEK BATH
Our private outdoor baths overlook the dramatic hills of the Carneros
agricultural region, where the Huichica Creek meanders. Enjoy the Huichica
Creek bath alone or as a couple in side by side baths. A stream of warm water
flows delightfully over your body as soothing jets massage tired muscles. This
custom hydrotherapy treatment is great before any of our spa treatments and is
only available at The Carneros Inn.
You may add the following ingredients to your bath in any combination.
Each possesses its own therapeutic properties.
- Warm Goat Milk Powder –
Rich with vitamins A, B1, B, C and D, is well known for its anti-inflammatory
properties. Add soothing goat milk to your bath to address dry itchy skin or
if you are prone to skin irritations.
Restorative Minerals –
We are proud to offer rare mineral-rich salts from some of the most mineral
dense sources in the country. Add 1 cup of these 34 minerals to your bath
to address aching muscles, joints, and increase overall circulation.
Essential Oils–
Choose from our high grade essential oil blends that address muscle
tension, insomnia, or over-stimulation. Let the essential oils go to work
while you soak and absorb.
Mustard Seed Powder –
Add our warming and energizing Ayurvedic mustard seed powder to your
bath to further address sore muscles and boost the immune system.
