Holidays require a minimum two night stay. All rates based on double occupancy. Each additional adult is $12 for breakfast, each additional child is $6 for breakfast; there is no additional room charge. No pets allowed. Cancellation Policy: One night's room and tax are required as a deposit at time of reservation. Deposit is fully refundable up to one week prior to arrival (14 days for holidays.) Cancellations within one week of arrival will forfeit deposit (14 days for holidays.) Confirmation letters sent upon request only.
