AMENITIES
We offer you a robe, sandals, a private locker, as well as our complete spa amenities. We proudly feature Red Flower Italian Blood Orange products throughout our guest rooms and locker rooms and in our spa boutique. Enjoy our swimming pool, crescent shaped hot pool, rosemary infused steam room, and dry sauna. Comfortable Adirondack chairs await you on the outdoor deck overlooking the vineyards. Safety deposit boxes are available to store your valuables.

ELIGIBILITY
The Carneros Inn guests are welcome to use the fitness facility and pool during regular hours of operation. Only guests receiving a spa treatment are permitted access to the spa on the day of their scheduled service. Spa guests must be at least 16 years of age.

CHECK IN
Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your first appointment. Our whirlpool, rosemary infused steam room and dry sauna await you. Our grounds offer fragrant herbs ripe for picking and spots for quiet reflection. Our boutique offers an array of special products. Arriving early will allow you time to explore and enjoy.

AILMENTS
Please alert us if you have a medical condition or are presently under a physician’s care. Conditions such as pregnancy, high blood pressure and heart ailments are of special interest to our spa professionals. We will customize our services to fit your needs whenever possible.

RESERVATIONS
Please call 707.299.4850 to schedule a treatment. Due to limited availability, we highly recommend that you schedule your treatments in advance of your visit to The Carneros Inn.

CANCELLATIONS
We observe a 24-hour cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment are billed at full rate.

GRATUITIES
Gratuities are excluded from our service fees and are welcome at your discretion. A 20% gratuity has been included in all overnight packages and will be added to all Day Spa services.

DECORUM
For your safety, we recommend that you refrain from drinking alcoholic beverages immediately before receiving a spa treatment. Please refrain from drinking alcoholic beverages and smoking cigarettes when in the spa and when on the wellness deck. Please leave cell phones behind, in consideration of other spa guests and to preserve an atmosphere of serenity.
