We are thrilled you are considering The Carneros Inn for your upcoming wedding. It is with great pleasure that we share with you some significant enhancements that have recently been made to our outdoor wedding venue.
These enhancements include a beautiful planted trellis, a luxurious water feature, lush exterior landscaping, drought tolerant and heel friendly turf, all still overlooking the beautiful Napa Valley vineyards and mountains.

The Carneros Inn can accommodate anything from an intimate elopement with just the couple to larger events for up to 175 guests.
The Carneros Inn offers several venues for your special day:
- The Arbor, a beautiful oval lawn lined with crepe myrtle trees.
- The Hilltop Dining Room, which accommodates banquet seating for events of up to 80 and offers panoramic views of the surrounding hills and vineyards.
- A pair of contemporary ballrooms connected by a magical courtyard that’s perfect for larger events up to 175
Couples may also choose to hold an elopement in one of our private cottages with just themselves, a witness and an officiant.
All food and beverage service is overseen by our Executive Chef, who has designed seasonal menus that highlight the bounty of the Napa Valley region. Our Wedding Specialist can work with you to customize menus for your reception, rehearsal dinner, and post-wedding brunch to reflect your personal tastes and ensure a memorable dining experience.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE PRICING
The minimum food and beverage cost is $200 per person, with a minimum total cost of $10,000 to reserve the Hilltop Dining Room, or $20,000 to reserve the Ballrooms and Courtyard. These prices do not include a 20% taxable service charge or 8% sales tax. Most of our couples spend an average of $250 - $300 per person on Food & Beverage at their event.
GUEST ROOM REQUIREMENTS
To host an event at The Carneros Inn, you must be a resort guest on the dates of your event. The minimum stay for weekend events is two nights, and for events over a holiday weekend the minimum stay is three nights.
